This is a snap shot of the condition of the property and furnishings at the end of the tenancy and can be compared to the condition at the start of the tenancy.A report detailing any damage or changes is provided which can then be used to calculate any deductions from the Deposit.
As Redbrick Inventories Ltd are independent and have knowledge of other properties to use as a comparison we can be objective in our assessments which we find are more readily accepted by the tenants.
When carrying this out we also take meter readings and if the tenants are in attendance obtain a forwarding address.
