Comprehensive Photographic Inventories

This service is offered to both Letting Agents and private Landlords alike. Redbrick Inventories Ltd will compile a comprehensive inventory which will include details of all items, room by room and includes electrical fittings and switches, with a note of their condition. In addition to this meter readings are also taken and recorded.

The inventory is supported by high quality digital images of each individual item and a general view of the room. In addition to the still images a walk through video is taken of the property.

This helps to give a better perception of the property layout and the location of specific items. Redbrick Inventories Ltd use the latest industry software to enable a professionally prepared inventory to be produced within 48 hours. Alternatively where there is some urgency in having an inventory completed it may be possible for the Landlord to receive the inventory within an hour of our staff completing their inspection of the property.

The report is easy to read and understand for both Tenants and Landlords, as well as an arbitrator if there was a dispute. We supply two bound copies of the inventory complete with two DVD discs containing all the photographs and the video of the property.
