Inventory Maintenance Check
During the course of the Inventory, Redbrick Inventories Ltd staff are able to perform a few basic maintenance tasks to ensure the property is in the best condition for your tenants and meet Health & Safety requirements. The inventory clerk will replace any blown light bulbs, cracked sockets or switches. This enables the inventory clerk to record that they are all in working order so if there are any broken at the end of the tenancy, then the cost of new ones can be withheld from the tenant’s deposit.
The inventory clerk will also check the pressure on the Combi boiler and top it up if it is low. This is to avoid the Landlord or Managing Agents from having to make a special journey to the property when the pressure drops and the boiler cuts off.
There is no charge for this service unless an action is carried out.
