Mid term tenancy reports

Mid-term reports are a summary of the condition and cleanliness of a property during a tenant’s occupation. Ideally this should be carried out at 3 monthly intervals. The report will inform the landlord or managing agent of any current or potential problems with the property or highlight any repairs which may need to be done.
