Vacant property inspections

Sometimes a property may be empty for a prolonged period for one reason or another. Redbrick Inventories Ltd can periodically visit the property for you and check all is satisfactory for your peace of mind and to comply with any insurance requirements.

We will check for any unauthorised usage of the property, check the security of the building, and forward any relevant post to the Landlord. The visit will be recorded and a report issued.
